Terms of service
Terms governing use of this website and any informational materials made available through it. Contracts for service engagements are covered by separate signed agreements.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the www.magrofy.comwebsite (“Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Services vs. site
These terms apply to the Site only. Commercial engagements between Magrofy and a client are governed by a separate written services agreement and any applicable statements of work. In case of conflict, the services agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Permitted use
You may access the Site for personal and internal business evaluation. You may not (a) scrape or republish substantial portions, (b) use the Site for unlawful purposes, (c) interfere with the Site's operation, or (d) attempt to access non-public areas.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — copy, design, code, and assets — is owned by Magrofy or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The Magrofy name and mark are property of Magrofy.
5. Submissions
If you submit information through the Site (for example, the contact form), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use submitted information to respond to your inquiry and as described in our privacy policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magrofy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to US$100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Magrofy harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
